I worked through my agent so I didn’t have any contact with Insight customer service, if that’s what you mean.
Service and accommodations were wonderful. When needing information about something on tour or needing to know more info. Always, accommodated! Buses clean comfy, hotels had air conditioning, can't...
Our tour director, *personal information removed by Feefo*, was very knowledgable and helpful.
The bus was very comfortable with a limit of 34 passengers.
