As above, over complicated, expensive, slow, unnecessary.

When it works well the automated system they have is a dream. It is fast and easy to use. Daunting when you see a long queue when you arrive but it moves so fast it’s amazing.

Cat parking good.. let down was transfer bus

Terrible service from key drop off, to bus back from terminal. Queues, queues and more queues.
