Being elderly, I prefer to speak to someone in person when booking, but when I had problems with the online booking (my fault) - the staff were very quick to help and I got there in the end. Phew!
The properties I have stayed in the past have been excellent quality,
what annoys me greatly, and will make me think twice about booking in the future,
