Followed instructions 100% but they come off in the wash. Have had to sew all the labels again

You should not need to sew them on. Seems like they needed more heat to activate the adhesive properly.

Some labels have already come off the socks, maybe this is a heat issue, I'll try again and see how we go. I am looking for a solution for naming so that I don't have to sew labels on 'smalls' for bus

Hi, we do guarantee our product and have been making our iron on labels for over 20 years. They are very durable when applied with sufficient heat/pressure/time and should not come off in the wash. It may well be insufficient heat so perhaps try leaving the iron on them for a little longer.
