Sorry to hear this, it seems you did not research the product thoroughly despite their being a plethora of information online. At depth when recording if you are closer to the bottom you will see good detail. If you refer to the FishSpy facebook page and YouTube channel there are plenty of examples of footage from customers showing all types of water clarity, and at different times of year in various depths of water. Conditions obviously vary from lake to lake on a day-to-day basis, so it is disappointing that you did not stick it out with your FishSpy camera. We wish you all the best.

We concluded that you must have been doing something wrong. A quick phone call or read of our FAQ page (http://www.fishspy.com/support) would have undoubtedly helped you connect.
