Wishsicily communiceert efficiënt en helder. Helaas gingen betalingen met creditcard niet goed, er werd direct een alternatief geboden om een bankoverschrijving te kunnen doen.

Thank you for your wonderful review and recommendation! We’re delighted the villa was such a great choice for your family and that you enjoyed its beautiful outdoor spaces and location for exploring eastern Sicily. We also appreciate your helpful comments about getting around the area. It sounds like Etna even added its own memorable touch to your stay! We hope to welcome you back to Sicily in the future.

The service was fine but the website and communication was a little tricky to navigate.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you were happy with the service overall. The property owner is new to our platform and is still getting familiar with the communication tools, which may have made things a little less smooth than usual. We appreciate your patience and are confident the process will become much easier as she gains experience with the system.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re delighted that the private chef experience was such a memorable part of your stay. It’s often the little personal touches that make an evening truly special, and we’re so pleased everything, including the birthday celebration, was just as you hoped.
