Delay in deliver. Quality of the cypress not as expected. For a little bit more, the local Costco has a much bigger cypress plant.

Service as far as delivery was good…everything well packed. That said there is nothing sent to the purchaser after the order is made to advise the order has been received. There’s big blank space...
