Brilliant customer service
My delivery had 7 corrugated sheets damaged by the courier (delivery driver rested the sheets on their corner and rotated them). Email and phone call to the supplier and another 7 sheets delivered...

No choice of delivery date(s)
Didn't get any choice of delivery date, just had to wait and hope it turned up on the two days they stated. No advance time of arrival, driver was pleseant though, I shouldn't complain but better...
