Ordered a 100GBP belt but didn't event get the official package , could look like it was a fake item. Other than that delivery was fast

Hi Vincent We are talking minor scuffs & blemishes, i just wasn't expecting any on a pair of £400 handmade shoes, but the quality & fit was so good i wanted them for the wedding i had at the weekend & figured id only add to those scuffs & blemishes in due course any way.

Really disappointed to hear your Crockett & Jones shoes were not 100% blemish free - this is not the standard of product we usually send out, and so we will be looking into this matter.

Website needs modernising, but spot on products.

The website needs better navigation; i.e being able to choose multiple size/brand filters rather than just one. However the delivery and products were spot on.

I'm sorry you were not happy with the service you received from Pockets on this occasion. Your items did arrive on the 5th working day (Monday to Friday) after you placed your order, which is within the 3 - 7 days quoted on our website for standard delivery - we do usually strive to get every order dispatched much quicker than this, but allow the 7 working days period during Flash Sale events due to the high volume of orders we receive.
