It was great to read about the overall excellent time you had on the Britain and Ireland Explorer guided holiday, as your first-hand insight is very important to us. Our guests will normally receive their travel documents two to three weeks before the trip commences once all of the features of the itinerary have been confirmed and payment has been received. However, we truly regret to learn of any delay to your trip packets arrival and any inconvenience encountered as a result. Furthermore, we are sorry that your stay in some locations wasn't as you had anticipated as we endeavour to select accommodations that complement our itineraries. We have passed on all of your concerns to our Quality Control and Operations Team to ensure a better experience going forward and to help make any necessary improvements to the itinerary.

No one knows how to create a better experience for ours guests than our dedicated Travel Directors, Local Experts, and Drivers. They are carefully handpicked and undergo further training to ensure the highest standards of professionalism are met. We therefore regret to learn of your concerns and have passed them on to our Operations team for further review. We're also disheartened to know that you were disappointed with some of the accommodations. As you know from previous experiences, we maintain relations with the finest hotels and have therefore also forwarded your feedback to our Quality Control team to ensure a better experience going forward.
