Please accept our apologies for the delay in delivering your table tennis top from the manufacturer. We have upgraded your order at no cost to a better model. I understand both this and your arcade machine have now been delivered and are both getting good use. Many thanks for your understanding. Andy

Following some great customer service, I would like to upgrade my rating and comments. Both of my items have now been delivered, with the free upgrade for the table tennis table. In addition, free balls and sweets were added and also some stools for the arcade machine I ordered. A true test of a company's attitude to customer service is when things go wrong (as they do) and I would therefore not have any hesitation to recommending Home Leisure Direct.
