We are sorry that occasionally our customers have to preorder certain items. Unexpectedly high levels of sales can mean we sell out of stock. We work very hard to restock as quickly as possible and inform all customer via email within 24 hours of placing their order of estimated delivery dates. Sadly, as we advised you via email, Covid-19 caused a further delay to the restock of the item you ordered and as such we were happy to provide you with a full refund when you requested it.
