Thank you for sending us in your review, I am sorry to hear that you thought transfers were included, I can see that you booked your holiday via our website, and you would of been asked during the booking process (prior to payment) if you wanted to add share or private transfers to your booking, so I can only apologise if this wasn't clear enough. Our team are always on hand via the telephone or in person at our office should you have had any questions prior to your trip that we could of advised on.
