We offer you the opportunity to sell quickly and hassle free.Firstly, you will receive an offer, and if you want to proceed, one of our team will make an appointment to value your property.After a formal offer, subject to contract, solicitors will be instructed and an RICS qualified surveyor will complete a survey on the property free of charge. If the survey shows any serious problems that would have an adverse effect on the valuation, our offer may be amended and will be finalised. Once all participants are happy and our offer is accepted, we can agree for the paperwork to be signed and returned. A completion date will be decided when it is suitable for you.
