Hi Vivian. We make all of our products to order in 2-3 weeks and state this clearly on our website and order confirmations. This order hasn't been refunded and I can't see any refund request for it either. Would it be possible that you're confusing us with another retailer? We don't manufacture the Lainio in copper so it's not possible that you received a copper product. The Lainio is available in various brass colours, including antique brass that you ordered.
