Sorry you have been disappointed with our personal colour match service. In the vast majority of cases we get it spot on, however, working from photographs occasionally we don’t. But you are able to return any unsuitable shades for a refund and can either arrange return shipping yourself or use our PrePaid Returns Label via the website which can be printed off at home or by the Post Office.

I'm sorry to hear your colour match was not answered, I am looking into this immediately. I have checked the Returns form and it appears to be working, please let us know if you would like the link emailed to you.
