Excellent service. Communication very good, very reassuring. Flights on time. So convenient flying directly from Jersey. Definitely use the service again and have recommended this to others.

FlyDirect gives an excellent service!!!
We love flying with FlyDirect. It is so convenient for us. Very reliable service. Nice touch to get a free sandwich and drink onboard. Very comfortable plane and plenty of legroom.

Value for time and money!
Great price for a short direct flight from Jersey to Ibiza compared to the cost and hassle of travelling via the UK. Brilliant service, flights all on time!

Great service
Flights on time and very comfortable. Great service on board with free food and drink despite it only being a two hour flight. Looking forward to traveling with Fly direct again for the New Year.

First trip with FlyDirect
Very easy to book online and communicate via email for follow up queries. Would be great if a 10 day holiday option was available at some point in the future. We requested wheelchair assistance which...

Thank you for your wonderful review, I am so glad that you found the online booking process and our communications prior to departure easy and straight forward. I can see form our side we didn't book the wheelchair assistance which the airline had confirmed so I can only apologise as to why this didn't materialise and we will investigate this further.
