Unfortunately I had a bad experience with a poor tutor giving us out dated information leading to failure of one of the exams

Thank you for your comments.  I have spoken to our tutor who informs me that you completed a mock exam, for which you received feedback.  The exam questions in the course are not there to be marked by a tutor, rather them being for you to practice and self-mark.  The role of a tutor is to facilitate your learning to enable you to find the answers yourself, and not merely provide you with them.  We are passionate about our leaners having a strong level of knowledge which they can apply to real life health and safety scenarios, rather than just being prepped to pass an exam. We wish you all the best in your career.

This had nothing to do with NGC1 or 2 but I refer to NGC3. I took this up at the time with Tom Lea which resulted in retaking the exam at no cost to myself. This was as a direct result of incorrect advice we were given by the tutor. In fact all students on my course failed the NGC3 due to the advice given.
