I am happy to hear the room you were allocated was very nice; however, I do believe there was some needed renovations taking place with the swimming pooland I am aware that the hotel were using the restaurant for the entertainment due to advicethat some customers were cold in the entertainment suite. Your further comments have been passed on to hotel management internally.

We booked this hotel because it had Spa facilities bit we arrived to no Spa facilities, pool closed till further notice, thank you Bay Hotels for a rubbish weekend.
