This was a beautiful, clean cottage with wonderful views. There was everything you needed and more. It was so peaceful there. We saw deer, buzzards and black grouse. Would definitely recommend this...

The location was perfect for us, while the cottage stands alone it is only a few miles from Kelso and other places to visit are easily approached by car.

we love this cottage and stay every year. it's a home from home in a peaceful location. there is a new vodaphone mobile wifi which we couldn't get to work as the mobile signal isn't great.
