We were sorry to hear of your disappointment with this pattern, I see we located and emailed you a photo of the completed garment taken from a different angle to the original pattern photography.
Whilst we appreciate you advised us there was one abbreviation omitted from the pattern for which we apologised, unfortunately you gave us no further information concerning this when we asked. Our pdf. patterns are non refundable unless they contain a fault.
At the time you were communicating with us you made no mention of the pattern missing definitions for required stitches, if you would like to get back in touch via. our help centre with some more information concerning this we would be happy to take a look.
