I'm very sorry that you found a knot in your yarn.The mills we work with really try to minimise this happening, but the industry standard allows for a tolerance of up to 3 knots per ball as knots are a direct result of new threads being joined together during spinning. I can see in the previous email correspondence with my colleague that you agreed to send us photos of what you received. Unfortunately, we did not hear back from you and the original ticket was closed.
