Thanks very much for the review, this fan doesn't come with any internal packaging unfortunately. I will raise this with Vent Axia but I can assure you that all products are unused. Thanks very much for your review and apologies that the courier in which we used failed to deliver on time. We have moved our deliveries to FEDEX and they have been extremely successful for deliveries but in this instance I am afraid that they have let us and yourself down. I can only apologise for this incident and I will take your issue forward to FEDEX at their next review meeting and I hope that you will still continue to use us.
