I had a call yesterday from a junior telling me I couldn’t fly from Gatwick as there were no suitable connections. That I had to fly from Heathrow with Air India. I booked to fly from Gatwick. I asked to speak to a senior consultant and was told that ‘he’ was out, out again in the morning until noon. I asked to be called at noon as I am out after lunch. There is an Emirates flight from Gatwick which connects to the LHR emirates flight my friend is on. Please sort out this mess immediately. Not a good start Wendy Wu!
