Dear Tamara,Julian is sorry he missed you in store. We agree with comments on the handle of the fabric, which is why the coat was greatly reduced. It did come up a little coarser in production than we anticipated. We hope you are 100% with the Vigo Raincoat that you exchanged it for, which should be perfect for this weather.
