Unhappy with courier charge and despatch delay.
The availability of the tiles was fine. There was a delay (approx 2 weeks) for despatch and courier charges are expensive.

Unfortunately your order was sent direct to you from the manufacturer so we had no involvement in the delivery company and were only passing on the details we were given.
