We are so sorry that the Villa was not to your liking. We do genuinely make an effort to match each client with their requirements.
I'm so pleased that our agents were able to act so promptly for us and could provide you with new mattresses the same day that you told us of your daughters discomfort. Unfortunately without actually sleeping on them we can not be sure of the condition of mattresses even if they are changed frequently, but we do listen and react promptly when we hear that things go wrong. We also replaced the cutlery which was not to your liking.
The TV at this Villa has local reception only- as in the description. There is a DVD player and many DVD hire shops in Puerto Pollenca.
We understand that the traditional brown bathroom tiles are not to everyone's taste but the Villa, as you say, has such a lovely garden, pool, privacy and mountain views all within walking distance to the beach at Puerto Pollenca that it seems a small detail to many of the repeat clients who return year after year.
There had indeed been unseasonably, exceedingly heavy rainfall for the week before your arrival and this had a temporary effect on the drainage, as verified by the plumber who came to check so promptly. I'm sorry this is Spanish drainage but luckily the sunshine and lovely weather you enjoyed for your stay ensured the problem was resolved naturally and quickly.
