Without knowing which brand you're referring too, we're unable to make a direct comparison. However, we do appreciate that our rolls may seem small at first glance - Each roll is compactly rolled, which helps us reduce transport-related carbon emissions. Each roll contains 300 sheets (30 metres), though we know this can be less visible than bulkier-looking rolls. We’re also really sorry that your delivery arrived 5 hours after the stated delivery window - that’s certainly not the experience we want for you, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. It is lovely to hear you were pleased with the texture and functionality of the tissue itself. Thank you again for your feedback, we always value and appreciate it.
