Hi - It's wonderful to hear that our unwhitened TP has been kinder to your skin than the your usual TP brand. We are however sorry to learn that our unwhitened toilet rolls do not quite meet expectations in terms of thickness and softness. Bumboo was created to be soft and strong, and so we're sorry to have fallen short of expectations in this regard. Thank you for your feedback Jonnie. We appreciate the unwhitened toilet rolls might take some getting use to. Hopefully, by the time you've finished your trial pack, you will be an unwhitened TP convert. However, if you do decide they're not for you, we do offer white bamboo toilet paper too.
