As per property description online Villa Hybla is a "partnership listing" property and the full balance has to be paid directly to the property owner/manager.

Dear Sebastian, thank you for your feedback.

We've just asked an explanation from the property owner as we were not informed of his presence at the villa. The property owner says he has been staying in the dependence close by however he just informed me that he was ready to leave in case you were highlighting of any disturb caused. However, we think this not a valid excuse, as a matter of fact. We are now evaluating the possibility to take the villa off our portfolio.

He also informed me that you left earlier as your wife was very sick. Hopefully she feels better now.

We apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Great weather, right on the beach, good to escape to from the madness outside, but .. They could be doing a lot better

Great position but villa needs some work. Bathrooms are beyond quaint and the sun beds have had it. Not a cheap week so expected more. Local amenities are poor.
