So sorry to hear that your telephone call was not dealt with a customer friendly manner as it should have been and we apologise for this. However the Sample Sale for the larger runner mats may have sold out due to supply and demand and on a first come first served basis which is the nature of a Sale. I also can see that you have been able to take advantage of the Sample Sale as William Morris design mats normally retails at £49.95 and you were able to purchase at half price. I do hope you are happy with your turtle mats that you received quickly after purchasing. Rebecca Wilson
