So sorry to hear that you are having problems with your mat, but I can confirm that you have purchase the correct backing Multi Grip to go onto carpet. However we do not advertise non-slip, but anti-slip to minimise creep, as there are so many factors to take into consideration i.e. thickness of pile & fibre mix. It could be that the nap of the carpet pile is laying in the same direction as when you place your mat on top, also laying in the same direction. Which could explain why your mat is creeping more readily. Rebecca Wilson
