Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback, I am sorry that you have been dissapointed. I have looked at the notes on the order and e mail trails and I see that we underestimated the leadtime from our supplier by a week and failed to update you on this delay. I apologise that this was the case, we will try harder to quote an accurate lead time for this supplier in the future. I hope that now you have this specialist ironmongery you are delighted with it. Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that you were disapointed. Our driver arrived at the address to find no one on site and was unable to get through on the contact number again. He put a note through the letterbox and took images of the site for his manager. The delivery was therefore failed and he moved on with the rest of his deliveries. We were then contacted and a redilvery was booked and paid for as there appears to have been some error in the details we were given for delivery. I am sorry that you were unhappy with the situation but the driver did attend the requested delivery address and did his best to complete the delivery.

The 48 hour dispatch service is 1-3 working days but I can see from the notes on your order that we have explained that due to volume of orders this service would be slightly longer and was confirmed with yourself before processing.
