Hi Robert, We spoke last week about this. The order had been shipped but delivery seems to of been delayed by the courier. I checked it again this morning before seeing you had left a review and it still had no track on the parcel with Hermes. I have already arranged for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge, assuming that the power supply has been lost in transit. Best regards Chris

Hi Mr Komur We had spoken about this last week on Wednesday i think. I am sorry about the issue with your parcel. The warehouse confirmed on Friday that they had missed the 10 lights out of the box. I wasn't working on Friday due to the bank holiday. I have already arranged to send 10 x lights out to you today to solve the issue Thanks Chris
