Deliver the goods! According to the tracker the parcel was with Hermes on 14th April, the day after purchase, but still not delivered by Saturday 18th.

Hi Timothy Thank you for your review. I am sorry that your goods haven't arrived yet. I can see that it seems stuck with Hermes. Please allow an extra few days, if not with you by Monday email support@simplelighting.co.uk and we will issue a free replacement for you.
