Generally good service.
Order processed promptly but delivery was longer than stated due to (unspecified) delays at courier Hermes. Items arrived intact although packaging was deformed inside the jiffy bag.

Good company only problem was the delivery company Hermes when they delivered they left the parcel and drove off, when I inspected the parcel it was damaged a kink in the middle, when I opened it up...

Replacement light
Bought quite a few lights from them, had an issue with one of them. Called to explain the issue, sent a replacement next day, no quibbles.
