Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent order. We do accept credit card payments on our website at the point of order but at present customers are unable to change payment card details or make a payment on the website after the order has been placed. However, this is a service we are hoping to offer later this year. Please accept our apologies for the delay in manufacturing, this product is usually on a 3-5 day lead time but we had recently experienced some problems in manufacturing and together with high order volumes - this resulted in less than acceptable lead time. We are pleased to report normal service has now been resumed. Our pricing for this product is competitive and I am sure you will find the product performance exceptional. Duraguard Asset labels are one of our most popular products and we are sure you will not be disappointed. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you initially experienced.
