Thank you for your valued feedback. Having investigated we can see that your order was despatched on a normal delivery time. We do ask our customers to clearly state if a delivery date is required in the future. Unfortunately on your PO it was not clear that you had a required delivery date. We believe that our Customer Service team contacted yourself in reply to your email, to advise you of our process of return, offering yourself to refuse the delivery, or we would collect the item and redeliver on your chosen delivery date, but you were happy to keep the product.
