Thank you for your review. We have checked your order, which was placed on our vat free day. All Vat free orders are subject to despatch in 3-5 working days which is stated on our website during the promotion. Your order was despatched within that time frame.

We apologise that 3 items were out of stock, the colours have already been despatched, and the Polisher will follow shortly as new stock is due in this week.
