Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you are not happy with our click and collect service.

Click and Collect orders during vat free are subject to the same despatch timescale as home deliveries, and this is detailed on our website.

The email sent on despatch will have advised what was included in the shipment and what was to follow.

There was no delivery charge on your order, as click and collect are free delivery if over the threshold for free delivery the same as home deliveries.
