As a wholesaler we buy the products in from our supplier, and do not make up these products in our warehouse.

I was told my order would arrive for pick up within 24 hours but arrived day late. This was only because I emailed and highlighted this. So I wasn't impressed with the service.

Our apologies for any misunderstanding over the timescale.

Orders placed over the weekend are not processed by our warehouse until the next working day, being Monday in this case. Your order was processed on the Monday and delivered to our store on the Tuesday (next day delivery).

Your order was processed by our warehouse the morning after your placed the order on our website. Delivery is stated as next working day, and after checking your order was despatched and delivered within the next working day delivery. Our courier does not deliver at weekends.

Your order has now been returned to our warehouse and your refund processed.
