Did not pay attention to detail request. When I tried emailing several times for revisions and requested a revision via the website, I WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED!
Never again!

What Trusted Customer said about Resume Writing Group:
Really dissatisfied customer.
Redid it, nice format but no information. Looks like a kid did this as practice.

Hi Diana,
I'm sorry to read this! I reviewed the notes on your order and I see that within minutes of receiving your new resume, you sent the following message (verbatim) to the writing team:
"Nothing is relevant; I had to rewrite the whole damn thing. What did you do, have a new hire with NO healthcare writing experience do this?God< I would expect more from a new grad. This resume is si awful I cannot use any of it! "
--- Soon after, our team replied to you confirming their credentials and asking for clarification re: what you didn't like so that they could fix it right away. A manager also followed up with a phone call that was never returned. Please let us know what you didn't like !
