Hello and Happy Thanksgiving Day, Sandip ! - I'm very sorry for your disappointment. We do see that you had email & phone communication with three of our writers and that the lead writer assigned to your project is an experienced expert in your field! Reviewing the emails between you, I see that you were asked to provide additional information and that you, in turn, asked us to expand upon certain areas of your own experience...which we did immediately!
To be fair, I would say you ordered a 2 course meal (a resume as your entree & a LinkedIn profile for dessert!) and we delivered the first course. You discussed with your waiter, wait assistant, and chef that while you enjoyed the entree....it didn't use the same ingredients that your family used while you were growing up. That said, if you don't agree with our recipe, we remain happy to fix it--and give you another/revised entree using the ingredients to which you're accustomed. Simply let your writer know and your request will be handled by the "kitchen" promptly!
