Update: After two voicemail's and two emails I still have not received a call back from this customer. We sent her the 1st draft only and she never contacted us for revisions (we do unlimited revisions for 30 days) She never called our 800#, and never came into our chat room. We want to help and we expect there to be slight revisions on a new resume. I sent her a detailed invoice and I also explained her charges in my voicemails.
