How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Great water, Great Service

Very professional, quick, friendly but businesslike-appropriately so, competent, and got the job done faster than I would have guessed.

What UDOVICH,MICHAELEN said about Puronics:

A 5 star rating was possible had the technician arrived earlier.

Was hoping the technician would have arrived earlier so that I could have been able to get more work done. The quality of work was fine and I was satisfied.
