Puronics Reviews

Tim did an outstanding job like he always does.

Good explaination of how system should function and options available to us for our home.

Phoned ahead, showed up on time, very informative told us more about the system, made great suggestions for improving water quality. Prompt, courteous and fast

I am so very satisfied with your quick responses to our problem and James is great.

The service was streamlined and quick for both our filtration systems.

I didn’t feel that the service was up to par. In the past the service man brought parts into my home when changing the filter. This time only a silver canister was brought in and then taken out...

Tim was very professional and very nice. He told me what he was doing as he was doing it.

Anthony was excellent. Explained everything very thoroughly, was patient with my questions and was prompt, clean, and efficient.

Customer service was prompt, courteous and professional. The service technician was also courteous and professional. He did the maintenance well and was very knowledgeable.

Great job thanks
