Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the loan furniture that you had requested at the point of ordering. We always try our best to accommodate customer’s requests for loan furniture but this is not always possible. However, the fact that you were promised the loan furniture and did not receive it is unacceptable. Please be assured that we have taken your comments on board and we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Your representative was very good and helpful, however when the curtains arrived they were 6" longer than stated on the form. This took another month to rectify, a letter of apology only arrived...

The reason for this delay is the local craftsman in your area did not have the capacity to complete the job within an acceptable timeframe and had to be passed to another team. We normally closely monitor the activity of our craftsman to ensure that we have adequate cover. However, in the case of your order this was not done correctly, which led to an unacceptable delay. Please be assured that we are actively looking to recruit craftsman in your area to help ensure that this circumstance does not reoccur in the future. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
