On time, friendly service. Only complaint is that I find shopping for us tall ladies is a problem as it has to be done online opposed to in-store and not all items come in a tall range.

My order did not come on Saturday 2nd sept when tracked it it said at 23.04 failed delivery and left a card both not happened my order finally turned up on Tuesday 5 th September. Supposed to be next...

Why must NEXT assume all its customers are skinny? For us customers who have been around for years we have to start looking elsewhere for clothes

By not sending email saying in stock then out of stock then not being delivered for a few days then another email saying ready for collection!
