Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We're delighted to hear you have never experienced any bloomed chocolates from us - we have a very strict temperature control :) This would usually be the result of a fluctuation in temperature, which causes the fat or sugar within the chocolate to separate and rise. It's certainly safe to eat but doesn't give our lovely aesthetic appeal!
