Dear Pauline, I'm sorry you had a problem with your order but after making contact with you some time ago we have still not received a response. Our factories have strict policies in place around all plastics, metals and glass. The tray holding the chocolates could have been broken if handled in a very rough manner by the delivery driver - but we would expect the box and chocolates to also be damaged in this instance.
